Little Sparrow Ministries was founded in 1996 as a spiritual healing/deliverance ministry. Since 1991, Judith Farris-Smith served the Lord as a prayer minister devoted to praying for others. In 1996, Judy became an ordained minister, and in 1998 Little Sparrow Ministries became a non-profit corporation licensed in the State of Texas.

Judy has a B.S. in Criminology and an A.D. in Accounting. The Lord has used her investigative nature to find the root causes of sin, generational curses, and behavioral tendencies that continually cause dysfunction in people’s lives.

Throughout the years, Judy has trained and mentored those who had a teachable spirit and were seeking the Lord with all their hearts. There are several prayer counselors who also work along side Judy.

George H. Smith, Jr. (Judy's husband) is a solid rock on which this ministry is built. He has a BA in Business and over forty years of operations and management experience. Through his prayers and the direction of the Lord, this ministry goes forth with authority and protection.
